If there are no problems with your order and your charge card transaction was completed successfully. you will be directed to a web page containing download instructions immediately after placing your order
Most orders are automatically processed and within a few minutes you should also receive an additional followup email with download instructions as well. If you order by fax or mail we will send the download URL to you once the transaction has been processed.
If you are not directed to a web page where you can download your software, or do not receive the instructions by email then please let us know. You should receive the instructions within a few minutes of your order. Our order process is automated for immediate delivery, but as with any system there can be an occasional problem.
If there are problems with processing your transaction we will contact you either by phone or email to resolve the problem.
This is an 18 meg file, so prepare in advance to allow time for the download. Especially if you are using a dialup connection at 28K. At 28K the download will take approximately 2 hours.
