Note: Windows ME will go through two reboots during the install process.

As in any new software installation close ANY programs that might be running before installing. It is also good to have a current backup as well, since things can go wrong with the installation of any new software.
Once you have downloaded the file go to the folder where you saved the file.
Double click the file and the installation will begin.
Once the installation has completed, your computer may or may not reboot (re-start). This depends upon your computer's specific configuration and any additional files that may have to be installed by the installer program.
The install program should install a BudgetWare menu item on your Startup Menu and a IIM icon on your desktop upon completion.
If after running the install program these items are not found, simply re-run the install program, and the install should complete. In isolated cases this has happened due to the computers configuration or possible programs that were left running during the install.
